Chobe Princess Safariboats

The three Chobe Princess Safariboats provide a relaxing means of uncovering the many animal and bird species that inhabit the wilderness in and around the Chobe River. With no set itinerary or departure dates, these vessels offer an intimate luxury houseboat experience and can be booked for exclusive use.

On board each of the Chobe Princess Safariboats are 4 or 5 contemporary air-conditioned suites, with full length opening windows to appreciate the scenery and fresh air. Shared spaces include a bar, lounge, dining area and small plunge pool. Also aboard are a fleet of small tender boats so you can enjoy gameviewing, birding, fishing or cultural excursions at your leisure.

These vessels travel around 50 kilometres up or downriver, stopping overnight at some of the most scenic stretches of the Chobe. We recommend spending at least 2 nights on board, preferably at the start or the end of a Botswana, Zimbabwe or Zambia safari.
