When to Go
Venezuela has two very well defined seasons: rainy season (May - Oct) and dry season (Nov - Apr). It can be visited year round, however wildlife viewing is best during the dry season as the wildlife concentrates in the little water left in the rivers and lagoons. Angel Falls is better visited towards the end of the rainy season when the water is running at its strongest, whilst beach areas get very little rain and can be visited any time of the year.
